Well I did it. I took the leap and recovered my first chair! When it was taken apart I did not paint it because I thought I would surely mess something up during the recovering process and didn't want to waste my time painting. But now I am kicking myself for not painting it cream! My love is out of town for a couple of days for work so it would be a perfect evening to hang in the garage with my paint brush............or I might just eat left overs and watch some high quality reality tv!
